How do I purchase MeetMe as a Visitor? 

MeetMe is included in some visitor badge types. All other attendees can upgrade to MeetMe in several ways: 

How do I purchase MeetMe as an Exhibitor? 
 
You will have been allocated MeetMe profiles based on the size of your stand but can purchase more MeetMe badges for your staff in EZONE. Alternatively, please contact customersolutions@dsei.co.uk 

I want to attend DSEI UK 2025 online, can I still purchase a MeetMe package? 

Unfortunately, this service is only available to the DSEI UK 2025 community. To use it, you must have an entrance badge for the show. If you would like to use our network but cannot attend the show, you might want to consider a DSEI UK Membership to access our network 365 days a year. 

How do I access MeetMe? 

If you have purchased a MeetMe package, you will receive an email with login details for your MeetMe profile once you have successfully completed verification. You will need to download the DSEI UK Membership app from your phones app store and activate your account in the platform before you can start to plan your activity for the show.

When will I be able to access MeetMe? 

The DSEI UK App, where you can access MeetMe, will be available to download from June 2025. MeetMe 2+ days holders will automatically be able to view event attendees from 14 August 2025. MeetMe 1-day holders will be given access to the attendee list 28 August 2025.
